Sheila Ditchburn

My mam Sheila Ditchburn died suddenly aged 38 years old. She left behind a devastated family
including a husband, Ian and 4 children (me, Lisa, Laura and Claire). Sheila was a much loved member
of a large family. She was very close not only to her immediate family but to her extended family
especially all her nephews.

Andrew, my mam loved you to bits and really enjoyed looking after you, Kevin and Jason, welcome at
any time, night or day, just to sit and talk with her. She loved all of us.

You have several grandchildren now, mam. Craig who's 11yrs old, Ryan, 8 yrs old, Caroline,
11yrs old, Amanda, 10 yrs old, Isabelle, 9 yrs old and baby Blayne Stewart Nixon who at 3 and 1/2
weeks old is your youngest grandchild.

Me, Lisa and Laura will never forget you and the hole that you left will never be filled. I do try
to help Laura the way you would have done, especially with her being your baby, your youngest. She
was 10 years old when you died and I have tried to be there for her ever since then. We were all
young, I was a week off my 17th birthday and now at 32 years old you are still part of my life. I
still miss you so much.

Mam, I have no doubt that you would be very proud of us.
